- 1/2 kilo tilapia
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- Marinate tilapia in vinegar, salt, garlic, and pepper for one hour.
- Fry in cooking oil till cooked.
